There are different ways to book your stay. You can:

The reservation is confirmed when you pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay via bank transfer. Please send a copy of the payment.
Upon arrival we will ask for the balance of the amount; you can pay by cash, by cheque or via bank transfer.
Il soggiorno minimo richiesto varia in base al tipo di alloggio e al periodo; varia da 4 notti in bassa stagione a 7 notti a Luglio e Agosto.
The price includes: utilities (electricity, water, gas); initial and final cleaning; bed linen and towels. If during your stay you will need cleaning and/or linen change, an extra charge will be required.
You have the possibility to cancel free of charge within 30 days before the check-in date, in this case you will be refunded the entire deposit. For cancellation over 30 days, we will not refund you but you are free to use the deposit as a voucher usable within the current year.
If you do not show up at check-in without any notice, we will retain the entire deposit received, and you will still be required to pay the balance.
Yes, the tourist tax will be applied.
- 0,75 cent per person per night for max 7 nights - children under 12 years are exempt - (for the apartments: Casa Ancora, Casa Barca, Casa Canoa)
- 0.50 cents per person per night for max 5 nights - children under 14 years are exempt - (for Casuzza beach).
Check-in is from 15.00. If you arrive earlier and the apartment is available, we are happy to give it to you. The check-in could take place in two ways: there will be someone to welcome you or it will be possible to collect the keys at the lockbox located outside the apartment. For this reason, you can arrive at any time and do a self late check-in at no additional cost.
The check-out is at 10.00, if you can stay longer possible we will inform you. The unauthorized late check out has an extra cost.
When the time of departure unfortunately comes, leave the apartment in the best possible condition, you will help us to prepare it for the next stay.
You can leave your keys inside the apartment.

We trust in common sense, so you must inform us promptly; the sum for the repair of the damage will be at your expense. If after your departure we find any damage in the apartment, we will inform you.
No you can not smoke inside, it remains in the tents, walls and air conditioning filters. You can smoke outside.

The area is poorly connected by public transport, for this reason we highly recommend to have your car so you can be autonomous and go around easily.
For the car parking:
- Casa Ancora, Casa Barca and Casa Canoa have a covered car parking.
- Casuzza a mare you can park in the street.
